我厂产品分为三大系列：
连续式回火炉 ：具有温控精确，节能，少污染等特点，工件（如弹簧，链条，离合器钢片，标准件，五金件等中小机械零件）放在入口处不断进给的不锈钢网带上，经过若干时间（ 5-120 分钟，工作温度 50-600 ℃可设定），从出口处出来即完成了热处理。炉内有风机进行循环，温度非常均匀 .
电脑磨簧机 ：采用立式双端面同时磨削，磨头自动进给，可根据弹簧压力大小，自动调整进给速度，具有适合弹簧特性的精磨性能和砂轮补偿功能，可采用手动和自动进给两种方式磨削，工作台可开启，换砂轮及维修均十分方便，适用于磨削高精度弹簧。
电脑卷簧机 ：采用侍服电机电脑控制，送丝精确，操作调试方便，中文人机对话形式。可卷钢丝直径Φ 3-8mm, 送丝长度无限 , 最大弹簧外径 Φ 100mm, 生产速度为 5-50 个 / 分钟。

1,The continuous electric furnace with heat air was produced foreign advanced technologies. Its main features are precision temperature control, energy saving, and little pollution. It will take about 10-120 minutes at the temperature of 50 -600 ℃ (it can be changeable) to complete heat treatment of the work pieces (e.g. spring, chain, standard pieces, hardware pieces) which are put into the entrance of the furnace through stainless steel net belt. The furnace was provided with an air blower to keep the temperature even. The power of the furnace rangers from 8 to 137 kw. The work pieces can be produced constantly with the furnace in the assembly line. The furnace is exported to Europe, America and Southeast Asia .
2,Vertical double surface spring grinding machine with computer control. The grinding head can feed automatically and can adjust the feed speed automatically according to the force exerted by the spring. The machine has the precision grinding performance and compensation function of the grinding wheel. The worktable can be opened so it is very convenient to change the grinding wheel and fix the machine.
It can be used to grind high precision spring with 1 -12mm diameter, the maximum external diameter of spring is 120mm , the height of spring 10 -400mm .
3, Moreover, Φ 8mm coiling spring machine with computer control is also produced.
